Each employee begins with a biometric screening and an online Health Risk Assessment (HRA). These tools help determine their “Real Age” and overall wellness score — the starting point for their personalized journey.
Intervention:
Personalized Coaching.
After the assessment, participants meet with a Health Coach to review their results. Together, they set achievable health goals, receive recommendations for lifestyle improvements, and get access to custom tools for tracking fitness and nutrition.

Empowered with Knowledge.
Wellness is a journey — and we guide participants every step of the way. Our 12-month curriculum includes engaging content, live workshops, and practical resources to help people understand the “what,” “why,” and “how” of living healthier lives.

Motivation That Lasts.
Members receive ongoing support through e-newsletters, exclusive product discounts, and wellness point systems with redeemable rewards. All participants are automatically enrolled in the WEF Well Care Program, which includes savings on vitamins, supplements, fitness gear, and more.
